Chicken chilly or chilly chicken is a very popular and very tasty item of all chicken recipes in Asian countries.

Believe it. Making chilly chicken is quite simple. Any person interested in cooking at home or in bachelor's den may try this and taste it with any food, rice, bread, chapathy, rotis etc. as side dish. It is quite appealing, crispy, and tasty; helps to satisfy your biting sense.

1. Take half a kilogram of freshly cut pieces of chicken;
Wash them in clean water and keep aside to drain water. Add a little of turmeric powder, mix it and keep aside.

2. In a bowl, take 5 table spoonfuls of corn flour, a tea spoonful of common salt, one table spoonful of red chilly powder, a little quantity of cinnamon and clove powder, a small quantity of garlic and ginger paste, a table spoonful of Chinese tasting salt and a little of red food color. Mix everything thoroughly; add a fresh egg also to mix and make a paste.

3. Now mix the chilly paste with the chicken pieces thoroughly such that the paste spreads on the chicken pieces. Allow it to soak for about half an hour. The raw chilly chicken mix is ready for frying.

4. Take sufficient cooking oil for deep frying in a Chinese woke. Heat it. Take care that oil should not be too hot to release oil fumes. Now, take chilly chicken pieces in a spatula and release inside the oil for deep frying. You can see the chicken pieces getting into red chilly dry fried appearance. Take it out and place the pieces on blotting paper to dry the adhering cooking oil.

5. You can garnish the pieces with coriander leaves and rings of onion on a plate.

This chilly chicken has great appeal and special taste and liked by every one. Take it with other foods or else eat it as such as dry fried chilly chicken pieces that satisfy your biting sense.
